Liège 2010 Universal city of the climate !

The climate and its disturbances: the topic is a headline in the news. At the dawn of the 21st century, leading science experts are worried about the future of our sick planet.

Climate disturbances and disasters are disrupting the broad outlines of economic growth and are heavily mortgaging the capacities for future development. Without lapsing into catastrophic scenarios, the time has come to ask the right questions in order to establish a realistic diagnosis and orientate the debate towards solutions.

An exceptional site

The  exhibition will take place  inside the  car parking infrastructures adjoining the brand new TGV railway station, built according to the plans of  Santiago Calatrava, and in this futuristic site it will open up to the most developed technologies.

“SOS Planet” will be a prelude to the presentations of the achievements of our most high performance companies in the field of the environment, and the city of Liège will act as the framework of  a series of memorable events over the whole of the year 2010.
